THAT #ONE LESSON

51669569-352-k590860Life has many lessons and chapters for us. Sometimes we learn from the lessons and we move on to the next chapter of our Life but sometimes we stick on to some lessons throughout the chapters of our Life.

The lesson what I learned from Life is something most important and most common for some persons who got stuck to it and learning to move on from that chapter.The Lesson I am talking about is EXPECTATIONS.

This is the most common chapter where each and everyone must have gone through this in their Life.Some have Learnt to move on from it and some Learning to move on and some got stuck over it completely.

When we literally  go through this word, we each and everyone get a thousand of stories flashing our mind over that Expectations world.We might have got hurt Expecting a lot from one person or we expect something in return the way we treat them or We might have lost that special who expected a lot from us, but might have not reached to their level of expectations.

I have got a lot of lessons from this single word and each time I get hurt,I decided not to expect again, but unfortunately the next day again I would get hurt for the same mistake of Expectation.

The world of expectations does not give anything rather when you start stepping into this world,you start losing many things I did not mean by money but other things which one person must not Lose it.

I would share the three most common things where we would Lose in that space of the world.

LOSING SELF-RESPECT The time you start stepping into this world and start to expecting from any person,the first thing you would lose is your self-respect. In that space of the world,you don’t care about the respect at all, just you would start expecting things where you would not get at all.

LOSING PEACE When Expectations increases from time to time and starts to enter into our Life,our peace of mind,peace for the emotions,everything starts to vanish.The once lost peace is very difficult to get it back because it doesn’t mean it is costly because it is very worthy and cannot be bought by money too.

LOSING YOURSELF This is the most important thing where you doesn’t even know the truth that you are Losing yourself.When you start realizing this,that might have been too late.You sometimes even forget how you were in the past and start to live in that some new world that has been created by itself.

EXPECTATIONS ALWAYS LEAD TO DISAPPOINTMENTS. 😦

THE NORMS OF DEPRESSION

The most killing and viral disease spreading nowadays a lot, really a lot more than we think.To be true to in Fact , I am a person of depression.I fall into depression at times and find it difficult to overcome.And the medicines , I mean the real  medicines are present within us only.And it took a long time to find and overcome form it.But not too easy to pass depression at some times you again fall into it unconsciously.

I think depression occurs due to lot of reason like being avoided by someone u respect too much,things did not go well as planned,facing failures a lot of times repeatedly,expecting too much and still there a lot more where we cant define the reasons and give explanations for the disappointments.

A lot of Expectations and disappointments together the main root cause of depression.More than Boys,it is the girls who undergo depression most of the times.

So,during the time of Depression I don’t know about boys but as a girl, I personally will need someone to be near me and hear some of my problems or at sometimes I just need some one  to be there for me where at least i can feel there are some to be there on my difficult times.

My advise to the girls undergoing depression is SPEAK OUT.

SPEAK OUT what you feel and what is inside your mind. Stop hating and shouting at people and take time to relax and speak out openly, it helps you to get some solutions and at least helps you to free up your mind with those disturbing thoughts. I believe that for each and every fight or misunderstanding speaking out openly will be the best solution ever.

CRY TO YOUR BEST PARTNER I Hope it helps you better to overcome depression a little quick.And i mean Best partner it doesn’t mean always your Mom,Dad,Friends,Life partner.I meant It may be your Favorite Pillow(I always personally cry to my the best partner-The Pillow),It may be your teddy or you can go to your favorite lonely place and just cry for sometime till you get relax because only at that time your mind and body feels comfortable to make some solutions.

TAKE TIME It obviously needs a person some time to overcome depression.Let take your time ,find reasons and solutions within yourself, get motivated and live the way of life, you actually wanted the way it to be.Never fear for anything,Nothing Has gone beyond its reach.Time waits for none,But at the depression world we only have time rather nothing beyond it.Take time and let raise the world.

BE YOU AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF  Only you can be the best support for yourself.Start Loving Yourself.Do things which makes you Happy.Try to Overcome from the disappointments and Let go of all the depression and start a new Life.Noting is too late to get start for a new dream.

LEARN TO MOVE ON  The biggest step for the persons under depression and the most difficult step too.If moving on was easy why would people get stuck depressed.This step has to overcome only by self motivation.Because Life has more new dreams to show us let’s not stuck with this bad dream and waste the new fortunes Life has for us.

The SIX Senses of Life

imagesAs we move on from time to time , our Life too keeps on changing.It doesn’t show us the same phase and it wont stay in the same place as we started it.Life has it’s own decisions where sometimes it show some thrill faces to us, and we have to face  it rather it may be good or bad.

Life has some six phases for everyone.Some Learn lessons form it and there are some people who fall in love with it and stay with all those six.These six phases happens to everyone it is up to us whether we stay with it or we overcome from it.

CARING TOO MUCH

TAKING TIME TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

BELIEVING IN HARD WORK

GETTING STRESSED TOO MUCH ON LIFE

WAITING FOR THE CHANCES AND CHANGES

These six senses cannot be controlled,stopped or forced,it all just happens.
